Just visualize a museum for kids in a house that was built in 1876! That’s where the Children’s Museum at Yunker Farm is located and the kids love it! Open year around for kids to have a unique and dynamic "hands on" learning experience.
There are more than 50 hands on exhibits for the children and families to explore. It is a unique place where parents interact, play, create, and learn with their children. Sitting on 55 acres are a miniature train, carousel, playground, pumpkin patch, nature trails, miniature golf course, wild flower meadow, children’s alphabet garden, Butterfly garden, Pipi Longstockings playhouse,
community gardens, dog park, football field, and acres of wide open space, further enhancing The Children’s Museum at Yunker Farm experience.

* Construction Zone/Body Building - Come hear the sights and sounds of your body at work! Sponsored by Dakota Medical Foundation.
* Tube Tunes - Bump it! Shake it! Pump it! Shake rattle and roll with the science of sound! Its a totally tubular experience.
* Funky Faces - Create a fabulously funky face of your very own! Use the magnetic face pieces to design your own crazy creation
* Imagine That! - You..Yes, you can be a star! Put on a costume, make-up, or use our large collection of puppets! Imagine all the fun you will have!
* Bee Hive - See the inside of a live bee hive where busy worker bees are following the queen bee’s instructions. Become a bee and crawl through a huge hive!
* Look into Infinity - Discover the world of reflections. Go inside the triangle and gaze at the many reflections of you.
* Toddler Room, Under the Sea - A wonderful fantasy land where infants to 3½ year-olds can explore. Coming soon! A new and improved exhibit…Sponsored by Junior League of Fargo-Moorhead.
* Planetarium - Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Stars.- Explore the universe and find the constellations.
* Lunchbox Cafe - Make food selections from around the world. Learn to make healthy choices from the large variety of food groups.
* Patty’s Book Nook - Let your imagination soar in this wonderful world of books. Snuggle up with an adult in our reading loft and listen to great stories of children from around the world.
* Tunes for Two - You’ll have a blast playing this antique pump organ. One person plays as the other person pumps the pedals. All music is color coded so you don’t have to know how to read music in order to create music.
* Puppet Theater - The ultimate puppet theater where you will find everything from bugs, and bears, and boas to lions, and tigers, and bears…Oh My!
