North Dakota Horse Park - Fargo, North Dakota
North Dakota Horse Park - Fargo, North Dakota
Let’s go to the races! North Dakota Horse Park is the only major track in the state. Not only do they have thoroughbreds running the one mile track but they have harness racing, horse shows, therapeutic riding, rodeos, and 4-H events (some still in the planning stages so check with the track to see what is current.)
In the future, this track will anchor a world class equestrian center, designated to host a variety of activities. The facility will offer exciting entertainment venues and provide an outlet for the interests of the horse industry in North Dakota. (This information was taken from the official race site)
2009 is scheduled to being the racing season on July 18th and run through September 7th with Friday and Saturday evening racing each weekend. Friday post time of 5:00 and Saturday post time of 5:00. No Sunday racing except Labor Day weekend with Labor Day Sunday post of 1:30 pm and Labor Day Monday post of 1:30 pm. All date pending December approval of the Racing Commission.

So far so good-but how about the times for the races each day?
To get the specific information on specific days you will need to contact the track. Their email address is Email: info@hrnd.org. As with most tracks there are varying times for different events so you will want to check with them directly.
Thank you for contacting http://www.northdakotabeautiful.com with you comments, we appreciate them.

I agree with Merle Enger, what about days and times???? Instead of the public e-mailin to find times why can’t it be put in the paper? Canterbury and Winnipeg print their days and times.
I have contacted the track and asked them to provide the information so that it can be posted on our site. As soon as I get a response I will update the information. Thank you for asking.

I agree times need to posted. Im actually surprised they dont have they’re own website. It would be a wise move the internet is a useful tool and websites can be made fairly cheap these days even very basic ones for pennies and a few hours.
